About
Local storytelling. Expanded production capability.
Studios in Albany and Northern Michigan. Planning, interviewing, filming, and editing stay with the same people you talk to on the phone — and the two studios work together when a project needs more than one crew.
Every project starts with a conversation about who is being interviewed and which stories matter to the family, the business, or the community. That planning carries through filming and editing, so a project is never handed off to a stranger halfway through.
When a project calls for more than one crew, several filming days, or a larger production, the Albany and Northern Michigan studios work together. Additional production support is available through UMG. Clients receive personal local service without being limited to the capacity of a single freelance operator.
The result is a studio small enough to plan a project around one person's kitchen table, and connected enough to film a documentary across several generations and locations.
